About Alan L. Robin, MD

The Mid-Atlantic Glaucoma Experts have five Practices based across Maryland. They are headed by Dr. Alan Robin.

Dr. Robin is a founding member of the American Glaucoma Society and the Indian Glaucoma Society. He is a member of the American Ophthalmological Society, He is also a member of the Glaucoma Research Society, a limited society of 100 leading glaucoma specialist throughout the world.

He was selected in 2002 & 2007 to be one of Baltimore's top ophthalmologists by Baltimore Magazine and received the 2004 & 2005American Glaucoma Society's nominee for the prestigious American Academy of Ophthalmology's Humanitarian Award which he received in 2005.

He Also holds various other roles such as Professor, University of Maryland
Associate Professor, Ophthalmology, Johns Hopkins University
and
Associate Professor International Health, Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University
